  You can ask your doctor for a copy or have an optician copy the rx from your old glasses.
  
  
• How often should I have an examination?
  Every two years is sufficient for eye examinations.

  P.D. stands for pupillary distance,when we make your new eyeglasses we need to know this measurement so you will get the best vision from your new eyeglasses.
  
  
• How to do I get my P.D.?
  You can ask your doctor,optician or have it taken from your old glasses by a optician.
  
  
• How do I know what frame looks good on my face?
  Look at our frame fitting guide.
  
  
• What if I have a frame and  only want lenses? 
  Just send us your frame and we will  fill your rx in that frame.When working with your frame it is at your own risk.
  
  
• What if I am un happy with my new eyeglasses?
  We will exchange for new eyeglasses for thirty (30) days,the only charges will be for shipping.
  
  
• What if my doctor changes my rx?
  We will change the lenses at 50% discount with in the first 30 days of your purchase.
